|Recommended: YesSafe and friendly place to live — Living at Bridges has been a splendid experience. My significant other and I are picky about living environments with two pets and the Bridges passed our requirements. The staff and maintenance are always welcoming and acknowledge any request or question you have. Any maintenance issue is fixed within a short period of time with an email letting you know what when the issue was taken care of. The safety and friendliness of the residence ensure a homey and inviting feel when coming home without worrying about the time of day. The doggie waste stations are located at appropriate distances apart and in convenient locations for your pup when you're out for the daily walk. I do wish the dog park was a little bit bigger to allow full stretching and the ability to play with my pup while off the leash. Everything else has been fantastic, I would recommend to anyone searching for a new place to call home.

|Recommended: YesHappy to have chosen The Bridges on Travis — I have lived here for two years, and have thoroughly enjoyed being here. He staff has been amazing overall, and helpful. Maintenance requests usually get fulfilled same day or within a couple.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place to Call Home — Living at the Bridges has been my first experience to live alone, and I was rather nervous. The office team, efficient communication, and most of all the willingness to show they care has made this transition smooth wonderful. The grounds area keeps it well kept and overall I love where I live. Highly recommend.

|Recommended: NoNot Worth It... — The parking is terrible and vehicles are damaged with no repercussions. The neighbors are noisy and stomp like horses. No one cleans up after their dogs and you often have to dodge little presents on the grounds. Overall I feel like this complex is over priced and lacks safety - especially when a vehicle can be damaged and no one will review the cameras without a police report or send a relevant email to the community to ask for information witnesses.

We have since incorporated a towing service for parking mitigation, as well as additional cameras to the property, and a porter technician to maintain grounds. Unfortunately, per company policy we have to have a police report before accessing cameras to review and send potential information to police officials in an investigation. |Recommended: YesAwesome apartments — Have nothing but good things to say about the Bridges on Travis. Really enjoy my stay here. Wish there was some thicker sound barrier between apartments, but for the most part is very quiet, homey and inviting.

|Recommended: YesI think it is well kept and I am pretty satisfied. Just wish parking was better. — It's a quiet clean apartment complex with upgraded interior. It's very hard to get a parking spot, but overall I am satisfied. Staff is super friendly and professional.
