make things easy for everyone, we've compiled a list of our most frequently

What lease terms do you offer?
Lease terms vary, depending on the time of your move-in date, and according to
the specials we offer from time to time. Usually our lease terms range from
seven to 18 months.
How much are your deposits?
One bedroom units require a $150 deposit, two bedroom units require a $250
deposits. There is a $75 administrative fee plus a $45 fee per application
for every applicant over 18, or a $60 fee per married couple.
Do you charge membership fees for the gym?
Memberships to the fitness center is included in your monthly lease fee.
What about parking?
Every tenant is allocated two spaces. We also have open parking located
all over the community. Covered parking is available for an additional
$25/mo.
How big is The Bridges on Travis?
The Bridges on Travis are built on over 14 acres of beautiful land. Currently,
we have more than 112 apartment homes and will be adding an additional 108 in
Phase II construction.
What kind of shopping is in the area?
The new Sherman Town Center is located less than a mile from The Bridges on
Travis. The shopping center is the largest in Sherman and contains variety of
large retailers including Target, TJ Maxx, Ross, Home Depot, Dollar Tree, and
Pier 1 Imports.
What is your pet policy?
The Bridges on Travis is a pet friendly community. A $350 pet deposit is required,
50% of which is refundable. There is a limit of two pets per apartment and no
aggressive breed dogs.
Only domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, fish and birds are allowed.
